PREPARATION MATERIALS FOR YOUR UPCOMING SESSION

We are committed that our time together delivers the greatest impact possible; therefore, we are requesting some advance preparation on your part to ensure that your investment of time, energy, intellectual effort and the organization’s money yields great returns for all concerned. Below are essential assignments that we request you complete prior to your session.

Preparation Letter

Please read this preparation letter carefully, as it contains all the information you will need to know. The preparation done ahead of our session will make all the difference and determine the speed at which we can operate.

Daily Schedule

We will provide you with a daily schedule for the Legacy session.  The Schedule indicates start/break/end times for your planning. Please be sure to check back on this document before your session, as this document may receive updates periodically. 

Questionnaire

Please fill out our online questionnaire before your scheduled innerview date. The purpose is to provide a platform for you to discuss the facts or as we call it the “what’s so” and “what you see possible” with your team and your organization.

Optimization

There is a list of 3 requests for you to complete prior to your workshop.  One part is to keep track of what you spend your time on for a period of 3 consecutive days. Completing this will prepare you to get the full benefit of this program.

Please be sure to have it on hand and ready to refer to on day 2 of your session. 

Outlook

Here are: 1. Instructions for Installing Mission Control PST File into Outlook, 2. Mission Control PST for Outlook: .pst file saved into your Outlook program. *Note: if you are using a MAC, it will not work, please Use This.
