The purpose of the Cultural Assessment is to analyze both the implicit and explicit beliefs and the context that shapes what has come to be the company’s culture and as a result, its performance. Every level in the organization will be included in the assessment through questionnaires and 1-on-1 interviews with leaders and employees. The final product is a report on the current state of the organization’s culture, what we recommend moving forward, and what specific recommendations you can leverage to elevate your culture. All information is to be kept anonymous to ensure the most accurate data.
