GOING BEYOND LIP SERVICE OR MEETING MANDATES

Legacy’s Diversity and Inclusion by Design® is geared towards people and organizations that are committed to go beyond lip service or meet mandates, and foster a vibrant company culture that is inclusive for all, with no one left out.  The session is designed to enable people in organizations to also capitalize on the economic value and synergies that Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) make possible. 

The overarching narrative of research studies on diversity and inclusion show that the economic value of diversity and inclusion are materialized and measured in increased team creativity/collaboration, task and citizenship performance, shared mental models, and ultimately, an increase in overall team and organizational performance. 

This strategic program is not merely providing knowledge/understanding about D&I, but instead actually puts your people’s hands on the levers of D&I as their natural self-expression, providing all involved access to realizing individual and organizational commitments in this area. The work your people will do in this session is not about having to remember concepts and theories, or things to do. Diversity and Inclusion by Design® delivers a transformation in the way your people see themselves, others and the organization.
